2. How do I apply for a CashPlease loan?
To access CashPlease, simply login to OneUnited Bank Online Banking or Mobile Banking, Select "Additional Services" or tap on "More," then select CashPlease loan. Our online application process is easy and can be done at any time, 24 x 7.

3. Who can get a CashPlease loan?
The OneUnited Bank CashPlease loan is only available to eligible checking account holders at OneUnited Bank. Your checking account must be active, and the email associated with the account must be active. There is no guarantee that we will make you a loan. If you are notified on the website that you are not eligible for a loan, please check back in the future.

4. How much can I borrow?
The available loan amount varies based on your individual checking account activity. However, the CashPlease loan amount offered will be between $200 - $1,000.

5. How do I know what amount I can borrow?
When you apply for a loan and agree to the disclosures, you will be presented with a screen that displays your maximum loan amount offered. You will be prompted to request a loan amount that is less than or equal to the loan amount offered. Your requested CashPlease loan amount must be at least $200.

6. How many loans can I have at one time?
Only one outstanding CashPlease loan is permitted at any time per customer.

7. How do I receive my money?
Once you are approved for a CashPlease loan, funds will be credited to your checking account within 4 hours and the loan will appear in online and mobile banking the next business day.

8. How does repayment of the CashPlease loan work?
The loan agreement you execute states the due date(s) for your payments. If you choose the "Easy Pay" option, the payment is automatically deducted from your checking account on the due date(s). You can prepay your loan at any time. Simply pay by transferring funds from any OneUnited Bank account to your CashPlease loan in online banking. Your CashPlease loan will also be shown in online or mobile banking.

9. What is the interest rate on the CashPlease loan?
Please check the disclosures when you apply for a CashPlease loan for the latest information on the interest rate and annual percentage rate (APR).

10. Once the loan is repaid, may I get another Cash Please loan?
Yes, after paying off your loan you may revisit the CashPlease page to see the new loan amount for which you are eligible. We require a seven-day waiting period after you pay off your CashPlease loan, before applying for a new one.

11. Do I need an email address for a CashPlease loan?
Yes! Your email address must be active.

12.What if I forget my CashPlease password?
Please access CashPlease through OneUnited Bank online or mobile banking. You will not need a separate password for CashPlease. If you have forgotten your password to online or mobile banking, simply click on "Forgot Login" on the online or mobile banking page.

13. How do I view my CashPlease loan history?
Please access CashPlease through OneUnited Bank online or mobile banking. Once you login to your CashPlease account, simply click "My Loans" at the top right of the page to view your loan history.

14. If I do not elect Easy Pay automatic payments, how do I make my scheduled CashPlease loan payments?
You can make your CashPlease loan payments online by transferring funds from your OneUnited account to your CashPlease loan in online or mobile banking.

16. Does CashPlease check my credit or report to the credit bureaus?
Your credit is not checked for a decision on a CashPlease loan. Your payment history is reported to the credit bureaus, including timely payments, any delinquencies or charge offs.
